New opening in Stuttgart

STAYERY is coming to the south of Germany: 153 serviced apartments are opening in Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt. STAYERY opens 2024 in a central location in the "Kienzle Areal". The building features a coworking space, a lounge with small F&B area, a games room, a laundry room, a gym and a rooftop terrace. The guests can expect fully equipped apartments with kitchenette and modern design from the Berlin lifestyle architect Studio Aisslinger.

The new STAYERY is located next to the fairgrounds of the famous fair, the Cannstatter Wasen and provides great accessibility to public transport, including the urban train station Bad Cannstatt. The soccer stadium of VfB Stuttgart and the newly developed Neckarpark is also located in the surroundings.
