- We are currently open and accept reservations for business travel and private stays.
- According to current government regulations you do not require to provide a proof of vaccination or a negative test for a stay at one of our properties.

- Our lounge and coworking area are open for guests again. Please make sure to keep 1,5m distance in order to meet government regulations. Our Späti (corner shop) as well as the laundry rooms are back to normal usage as well. You are currently required to wear a face mask in our public areas. - The safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff is a top priority for us. STAYERY maintains the highest hygiene standards, especially in these times. We clean and disinfect the public areas, surfaces and door handles several times a day. In our public areas we provide hand disinfectant. For every apartment cleaning we use clean and disinfected cleaning rags. Read more about our hygiene- and saftey regulations.
How safe are Serviced Apartments in times of Corona?

- You can choose yourself to avoid social contacts and have the opportunity to spend time in your apartment only. With access to your own kitchen, you can avoid restaurants and have control over your own meals. Our cleaning staff takes care of cleaning your apartment once a week and assure high hygiene standards. As our washing salon is still open to be used you have the chance to freshen up your laundry anytime.

- You can book fast and easy, directy via our homepage. That is where you always get the best prices too. If you got any questions reach out to our central reservations department via phone +49 30 403 6570 30 from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am until 6.30 pm. On Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays we aren't available via phone but you can write us an email to reservations@stayery.de and we get back to you as soon as possible.
Do I need to pay a deposit?

- No, you will not need to pay a deposit. During your booking you leave your credit card as a security for your reservation. Potentially arising additional costs will be charged from your deposited payment method after consulting with you.

When do I pay for my apartment?

- Generally you pay your apartment at STAYERY upon Check-in. At point of booking we deposit your credit card only as a guarantee for your reservation. If you stay for longer than one month, you pay only the first month upon Check-in. The following installments are then paid on a monthly basis. The installment is charged from your deposited payment method automatically.
How can I pay for my apartment?

- We got parking spots in almost every STAYERY. For a small fee per night you are able to rent those. Please check with us for availabilities when making your reservations. We also inform you of our prices upon request.

How can I extend my stay?

At what time and until when can I check-in?

- You can check in anytime ater 3.00 pm on your day of arrival. With our digital Check-in you can access STAYERY anytime, even when we aren't there personally anymore. Just let us know if you plan to arrive after midnight or on another day.
How does the check-in work?

- Use the PIN code you received in your pre-arrival email to get into our main entrance. At our cool ice cream cart in the entrance are you can just check yourself in. Follow the instructions on the tablet to receive your key card. Ask our hosts for help anytime they are around. Alternatively you can check-in via the app even before arrival.
When do I need to check-out?

Is my apartment being cleaned?

- Your apartment is being cleaned once a week. To make sure you always know when to expect us you can remember this: Arrival day = cleaning day. Upon request and for an additonal charge of 25€ per cleaning we can come by your aparment more often. Just talk to us about it.

How do I get in contact with the hosts?

- You can meet your hosts simply on site or reach them via email, phone or whatsapp. You can find our contact details on the page of our respective locations.
Am I allowed to smoke in my apartment?

- No. Smoking is not allowed in our apartments. E-cigarettes and smoking with an open window are not permitted either. You can have a smoke in the outside areas of STAYERY.
How safe is it at STAYERY?

- The majority of the time our hosts are on site to check if everything is in order. But of course STAYERY is protected around the clock by an electronic lock and video control to provide a secure home for you. Our external security provider checks if everything is in order regularly during the night and can be on the spot in emergencies.
You lost your keycard?

- Via our Check-in ice cream cart you can create a new card for yourself anytime. Alternatively you can reach out to our hosts. In case you are standing in front of a locked front door, just ring the bell and we either help you personally or via call system. If you lock yourself out outside of our host hours we charge a fee of 50€ for any extra journey required.

Do I still need to pay?

Do I receive a bill?

- You receive your bill after Check-out via email. If you stay longer than one month and prefer to receive your bill on a monthly basis please let us know.
Can I deposit luggage after my check-out?

- You can leave your luggage with us until your departure. If you want to store your luggage with us longer, we will try our best to make it possible. Please note though, that due to limited storage capacities a luggage deposit might not always be available. Thank you for your understanding.
