Your STAYERY apartment has everything you need. Together with our designer – studio aisslinger from Berlin – we design each and every one of our STAYERYs in a unique style and make sure that everything is taken care of. From a private kitchen to a spacious bed to a refreshing rain shower. We provide everything needed for your shrt or looooong stay with us. All inclusive is also our weekly housekeeping, so you got more time for the fun things in life.

Our STAYERY Loft is the perfect place to relax and meet new people. And if you look close enough, you might even discover parts of Gütersloh in our unique design.
Remix of old and new
Between jazz festivals, theaters, and city hall, a STAYERY is a must. In Gütersloh especially, we have set the goal of combining the city's culture with its innovative spirit. No wonder that the brick wall in the lounge area reminds of the structure of the “Alte Weberei” and the bar area bears a striking resemblance to the water tower in the city center. Stay very, very curious and you might find some more easter eggs.
Maximum concentration
The perfect workplace doesn't exist? It does now! In our STAYERY Gütersloh, you work at a very, very cool coworking desk with natural light and a view outdoors. Next to super speedy Wi-Fi, power sockets and a kiosk right around the corner, you’ve got everything your digital nomad heart could ask for.

Forget your worries and get your head in the game. Are you looking for a fun distraction or a casual activity to get to know your neighbors? How about a movie night in the loft. Or are you more of a gamer? No matter if by yourself or with others, Mario needs your help to free Princess Peach from Bowser’s clutches.

No need to get hangry, because at STAYERY the snacks come to you! In our self-service kiosk you will find sweet and savory snacks as well as all kinds of drinks. From beer to coffee, everything is right there. Forgot your toothbrush? Happens to the best of us! In our Späti you will also find everyday necessities. Salt & pepper, toothpaste and co. Payments are contactless and super easy!
Brush off the Dirt
Fresh and clean like never before – whether you're a short-stayer with a coffee stain or a long-stayer with a small wardrobe, the wash house in our loft is here for you. Wash, dry, iron, fold. No problem at all! An ironing board, laundry basket and rack have a home there too. Simply download the WeWash app, grab washing pods from our kiosk and off you go… spinning in circles.
