  • Flexible apartment floor plans and variable furnishing concept
  • Additional rental space is activated by not having to place guest areas on the first floor
  • Ideal complements are bakeries, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, office units and residential spaces

Long term contracts

  • Commercial lease or rental contracts, possibility of management contract
