We are constantly looking for new locations for our Serviced Apartment product. Currently we are operating 211 Apartments in Berlin and Bielefeld under the brand STAYERY. Another 347 apartments are already contractually secured within the scope of new openings in Frankfurt, Colgone, Dresden and Mönchengladbach. In the course of our expansion we are looking to lease or buy developable plots or portfolio properties that qualify as per the following criteria. 


Macro Location

Basic conditions for a STAYERY city are a minimum population of 100.000 as well as 200.000 overnight stays per year. A strong business cluster is mandatory.
